Lawyer. He graduated in Law at the University of Barcelona.
Postgraduate by the Catalonia Polytechnic University (UPC) in Town Planning Technique (1.991), in Subdivision of Land and Town Planning Compensations (1.994) and in Land Value and Taxation (1.995).
He is member of the Bar Association of Barcelona and member of the section of Public Law.
He is also member of the Spanish Association of Town Planners Technicians.
He has practiced at Abel-Lluch until 1.998; being partner of Mullerat from January 2002 until June 2.006; Counsel at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira until November 2.007, and Director of the Town Planning, Compulsory Purchase and Real Estate area of practice in Tornos Abogados. He has taught courses and semminars regarding town planning and real estate at the University of Castilla La Mancha, “Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía” and ESADE.
He has published several articles concerning town planning and real estate. His areas of expertise are town planning Law, compulsory purchase, tourism and real estate.
