LOLA BARDAJÍ GÁLVEZ
ACADEMIC ADVISOR
Lola Bardají is a lecturer at the Esade Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull), in the area of Civil Law.
She holds a PhD in Law from Esade Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull).
Her research activity has focused on Family Law, participating in several inter-university research projects, in collaboration with the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, the Universidad de Deusto and the Family Law Centre of Coimbra. She is also a visiting professor at the University of Coimbra and the Bocconi University of Milan.
She currently focuses her studies and professional practice on family group property issues relating to the matrimonial property regime, matrimonial crisis and mortis-causa succession, with special dedication to succession in family businesses.
She has been a member of the advisory board of several companies and institutions, including LLYC and the Adevinta business group. She is a member of the association Women in a Legal World (WLW), of The Technolawgist and has been included among the 100 leading women in the legal sector 2023 and 2024 by the Todojuristas portal.
