Marta Solsona Santos holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona. She later completed a Master’s in Civil Procedural Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). Between 2014 and 2019, she prepared for the access to the category of Judge.
She began her professional career as a corporate lawyer in 2020 at Toda & Nel-lo Abogados, where she worked until 2024. In 2025 she joined Tornos Abogados as a lawyer in the Corporate Law Department.
She specializes in corporate law, contracts, restructuring operations, and general corporate legal advice.
Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2013.
