Sandra Nicolás has a degree in Law from the University Pompeu Fabra. She sat the competitive examination for the post of Local Authority Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Tornos Abogados in 2004, she worked as a lawyer in the Administrative Law Departments of EBAME (2001) and Landwell (2002 to 2004).
She is an academic collaborator in Administrative Law at ESADE-Ramon Llull University.
She specializes in Energy Law, especially wind energy, in Local Tax Law and in contentious-administrative proceedings.
Recognized since 2024 by the European directory Best Lawyers in the categories Administrative Law and Energy Law.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
